TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RATES:

The aforementioned rate is net and does not include VAT.

If you want an invoice, please indicate it and add 16% to your rate.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations have to enter in writing to the email info@taxivipvallarta.com.

The names of the passengers, date and time of arrival / departure, and airline with flight number are required.

PAYMENTS:
Tourist services are paid in advance, meaning no later than your payment deadline.

For individual travelers 3 days before the first service.
More than 15 passengers set aside their vehicle with 50% and will pay the remaining up to 7 days before the first service.

Once confirmed, we send you our bank details to make your transfer or deposit or you can make a payment via PayPal.

CANCELATIONS:
Cancellation up to 7 days before the service without charge, within 7 days with a 20% penalty.
Changes of services have no charges, as long as there are no changes in the requested route.

ARRIVAL:
Reception is inside the airport in our module with your confirmation code.

RETURN:
Representatives show up 2.5 hours before your plane departs to provide the transfer service.

VEHICLES:
Trips are private with assigned vehicles due to the number of travelers with 1 suitcase and 1 bag / portfolio per passenger.

All vehicles include AC and passenger insurance.
